Construction Notes // Mask is made of styrene, wig is purchased from ebay. Neck/collar situation is made from styrene with fabric heat n bonded on. I bought and altered a leotard, made the capelet out of satin with a bias tape trim. Belt is made of pleather with bias tape attached for the trim, buckle is craft foam. Weird thigh high garter situation is made of matte stretch vinyl, along with the gloves.
