Construction Notes // Bulma is a jersey onesie with harem pants gathered at the bottom with bands of the cotton jersey used as elastic, little blue cropped vest with pleather bias tape I hand sewed down, red sandals I painted with leather paint, and a necklace I made out of two bracelets put together. Wig bought from ebay.
