Construction Notes // Jessie helped me the whole way through! Jumper skirt is some kind of poplin/cotton blend, essentially just a big Aline skirt with inverted box pleats. The straps were hemmed and attached via hand sewing. Socks are bought and then red elastic was attached. Shirt under the jumper is made of cotton sateen, nodes bought from ebay. Wig is two wigs bought from ebay hand sewn together. I was really happy with how this costume turned out!
